What impressed me most were their prompt responses (less than an 1hr) whenever I had questions and the monthly follow-ups. Their commitment to patient care and ensuring I was comfortable is what convinced me to choose them, and they exceeded my expectations. The entire procedure was smooth, well-organized, and far less intimidating than I expected. The process was almost painless, aside from the anesthesia injections, which are understandably unavoidable. Dr. Mazlum and his team were exceptionally caring and attentive throughout the procedure. If you’re looking for a hair transplant, you already know the internet is a black hole of "hair mills" and questionable promises. But let me save you the stress: finding a clinic where you feel 100% comfortable is the only thing that matters. The coordinator is essentially the front door to the entire experience. If you don't trust the person at the door, you probably shouldn't let them near your scalp. I have to start with Sam, my coordinator. This guy is a legend. He set crystal clear expectations from day one, which is a big deal when you're flying to another country for surgery. Sam is incredibly thoughtful, managing my pre-care, during-care, and after-care with actual heart. I honestly didn’t expect him to be a permanent fixture during my trip, but he was everywhere. He greeted me at the hotel, escorted me back and forth to the clinic, and stood by for the actual procedure and the follow-up. Because of him, I never once felt those "What am I doing?" jitters. I seriously doubt the high-volume clinic I almost booked would have even remembered my name, let alone walked me to the front door. Plus, he never rushed me when I wanted to stop and pet one of the cats in the city. He even tought me how to say “kitty kitty” in Turkish. Then there’s the surgeon, Dr. Mazlum Sarı. He is a total class act. Even though Sam was translating the words, Dr. Sarı’s body language and facial expressions told me everything I needed to know. He is kind, professional, and has a natural compassion that you just can't fake. He only takes one patient per day, and it shows. He’s a master of his technique and treats the process like the art form it is. Choosing Neo was the best decision I could’ve made. There are a million places to get a transplant, but there’s only one Sam and one Dr. Sarı. Don’t settle for anything less than total confidence. My hair (and my sanity) couldn't be happier.

Very nice experience. From the pick up service to the hotel , to the medical team (the operation was smooth and am recovering very well). The customer service was excellent, especially after the operation, thanks to Sam who always checking and helping. Happy that I chose Neo Hair clinic.
