From the moment I arrived, I was treated like absolute royalty — every detail was handled with such professionalism, care, kindness, and attention. The entire team was supportive, attentive, patient, and truly committed to making me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. But I have to give a very special thank you to Micheal, the VIP Medical Consultant, who was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond in every possible way. His warmth, support, guidance, communication, and genuine care made my entire experience unforgettable. He made me feel safe, valued, and completely taken care of every step of the way.
