I would like to thank the entire Elit Istanbul team for their professional work and the outstanding support I received during my hair transplant. I especially appreciate that as a type 1 insulin diabetic, they took my health and blood sugar levels into account with even greater care during the surgery. They were careful in everything and I felt safe throughout. From the consultation to the surgery to the aftercare, they were extremely helpful and prepared. I was not left alone after the surgery either: I received quick answers to my questions and I could count on their help at any time. I would like to especially thank Deborah, who accompanied me throughout the entire process as a patient coordinator and interpreter. She helped me organize the trip, interpreted in Hungarian during the consultations and hospital communication, and even after the surgery, she answered all my questions and drew my attention to further treatment tasks. Her support has been a great help in making me feel calm and safe throughout. I am very happy with the results and the whole experience so far. I would highly recommend the Elit Istanbul team to anyone considering hair transplantation, especially those with health issues such as diabetes, who value safety, expertise and a person-centered approach. Approximately 2.5 years ago, my cousin and I underwent hair transplantation. (It's on record.) The care and attention were excellent, but at the time, we were told that a dense transplant from front to back would be performed. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the result. My silence until now was due to our acceptance of the situation, but seeing the success rates of transplanted hair elsewhere has brought my disappointment back to the forefront, so I wanted to write a review. I don't know if the clinic is at fault or not, but despite all the care we took, the result was a disappointment for my cousin and me. I had previously communicated this verbally to the clinic, and they invited me back, saying that a second transplant would be necessary, but at a more reasonable price than a normal new transplant. I didn't accept at the time. Note: After the hair transplant, we purchased shampoo and supplement capsules sold by the clinic to help the hair grow healthily.

After the procedure, my hair did not grow as expected, and the disappointment I experienced throughout the process was truly upsetting. They then offered me a second transplant at a discounted price, but I refused because I didn't want to go through the same thing again. They also suggested PRP as a solution after the transplant, but they charged extra for that. Frankly, constantly being charged extra when I hadn't achieved the desired results bothered me. I recommend that anyone considering such an important procedure do thorough research. My experience was unfortunately not positive. I had a hair transplant here 2 years ago, and unfortunately I was not satisfied with the results at all. After the procedure, my hair did not grow as expected, and the whole experience was honestly very disappointing for me. Later, they offered me a second transplant at a discounted price, but I refused because I did not want to go through the same experience again. They also suggested PRP treatment after the transplant, but they wanted additional payment for that as well. Honestly, after not getting the results I expected, constantly being offered extra paid treatments made me uncomfortable. I would strongly recommend that people do thorough research before choosing this clinic for such an important procedure. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Elit Istanbul. The team was extremely professional, precise and attentive throughout the entire process, from the consultation to the aftercare. The hair transplant result is natural, aesthetic and exceeded all my expectations. Special thanks for the high-quality professional work and outstanding patient care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and demanding clinic for hair transplantation.
