Treatment March 2023 Photo taken today, July 2026 Poor service Dr. Bircan only saw me for 2 minutes and didn't even check my hair with a special device to see if it was healthy or not! Very painful! Like a production company, as if I were at a hair salon! Never again! It's all about the money! I really don't know how other people can give this a good rating! The last good review was over a year ago. Stay away! Pay a little more somewhere else and get real results!

Just into 2nd week everything going well ! I would like to say from start to finish getting hair transplant done br DR BIRCAN and his staff are excellent also, airport driver is a gentleman also picked me up and also dropped me back to and from hotel and to clinic each day the clinic is top class and staff look after you so well - A BiG THANKS TO EVERYONE IN CLINIC VERY WELL LOOKED AFTER ! .

The number of grafts does not match the stated number, the head is translucent like a dandelion, it will have to be corrected in other clinics, the operation was performed in the summer of 2025

If you're planning a hair transplant with Dr. Bircan, think twice! Managers will sell you on the idea that Bircan performs the surgery, completely opening the canals using the FUE method, and that a senior assistant extracts the grafts. This is all a lie! I had the surgery, and I'll tell you how it really works. Let's start with the fact that there's no clinic. There's no sign that it's the Bircan Clinic. It's just a floor in a regular hospital where, in addition to Bircan, other doctors perform surgeries. The entire operation was rushed. The office resembled a locker room because during the surgery, staff would come in and take their belongings (jackets, etc.) from the closet, and this all happened with open wounds where sterility was required. There were no meal breaks. You lie down for about 6-7 hours; they might give you water or go to the bathroom. The graft extraction was performed by a young girl (she wasn't sure). Bircan makes two incisions, then another person takes his place and finishes the operation. This is how they deceive their clients!!! I'm disappointed with the quality of the work they did on me. My frontal hairline is too high and unnatural. The hair is very thin, and they didn't thicken parts of it, but simply shaved them off where it needed to be thickened. This was all discussed before and after the surgery. Even though I have a good donor area, I'll pay the amount they told me they could have achieved a fantastic result, but alas, they couldn't... I didn't expect such a well-known doctor to perform such surgeries and treat paying clients this way. And the managers are simply lying. Be careful!
